Sacred Touch does not extend refunds for services scheduled or received.  Extenuating circumstances are reviewed and if applicable an invitation to return and experience a complimentary service (one of equal value) with a different therapist will be gladly offered.  If appointments are cancelled within a 24-hr. window, that appointment may be rescheduled within an 8-month time frame.  All cancellation or changes to appointments must be made by phone with an employee of Sacred Touch to be considered valid changes, and therefore transferrable.  
If registering for a workshop or course, the same rule applies.  All rescheduling of registered times is transferrable if cancelled by phone with a ST employee, and transferrable credit must be used within 8-month time period.  We value your time as much as we value our own.
